The Suitability/Behavioral Category contains the Summary and Keywords, Main Report, How to Manage, Development, Main Graph, Preference Graph, Trait Hierarcy, Job Suitability Graph, Team Main Graph, and Trait Export.

The Summary and Keywords report provides key single words that describe the individual.

The Main Report gives a detailed explanation of results of each trait as well as combinations of traits. The descriptions are ordered according to the titles of the nine quadrants found in the Main Graph. The Main Report is the interpretation of the Main Graph.

The How to Manage report is designed for the manager of the person, enabling the manager to better utilize the individual's strength, neutralize weaknesses, and develop a long-term positive relationship with the employee that would lead to lower employee turnover. 

The Development report enables you to identify the two key traits that would be most valuable to develop for any individual IN RELATIONSHIP TO ANY POSITION. The system automatically calculates the traits that most need to be developed for any given person and any given position. This report provides a development plan for each of the traits outlining a practical approach for developing the specified traits.

The Main Graph shows the individual scores 0 to 10 on the main traits using graphical representations. The traits are arranged in quadrants, each quadrant containing at least one paradox. The Main Graph provides an overview of the traits that are generally most important. For patterns which are interrelated, this module can provide an in-depth understanding of the individual. 

The Preference Graph shows the scores for the person's Task Preferences, Interests, and Work Environment Preferences in a graphical format.  The strongest preferences in each category are shown first.

The Trait Hierarchy report enables you to see the exact score for each trait in columns ranked from the highest score to the lowest. Training to interpret this report is included in the 2-day interpretation course.

The Job Suitability Graph graphically compares how the invidual matches the traits required for a particular position. The total suitability score at the bottom indicates the likelihood of success for a particular position as indicated by the dot along a bar. The traits are listed in order of importance. The dots along the graph lines indicate the person's score against each trait required for that job. The traits are organized into three categories: Essential Traits, Important Traits, and Traits to Avoid.

Team reports enable you to see a team of people all in one report. They are an excellent way to get an overall picture of a team for team engineering, team building, or organizational culture development.  The Team Main Graph shows the averages for a team in relationship to the Main Graph.

The Trait Export enables you to export all the scores from all the traits for any or all of the persons in the system. The Trait Export shows all the individual scores as well as the averages.
